James hasn’t had surgery, but the threat of puberty blockers looms under these dangerous laws. 

AB 957 pressures courts to favor parents who affirm gender transitions in custody battles, while AB 665 lets kids as young as 12 consent to mental health treatment—including gender counseling—without parental approval, risking manipulation by agenda-driven adults.
